Tips and precautions for using the pad machine

1. The larger the dial, the faster the heat dissipation, so the larger the setting current of the pin for spot welding, the longer the time (also pay attention to whether the position of the pin in the dial is biased in heat dissipation, and if the pin is nailed on the edge of the dial, the heat dissipation will be slower, and the current and time for spot welding will be shortened, so you can refer to the design parameters of the small dial). The smaller the dial, the slower the heat dissipation, and the smaller the current set by the pin of spot welding, the shorter the time. Common dial welding: 2.5S-3.0S
